There was a brief misconnection between method of apology and the said photo, i.e. I thought the attendant was included in the photo to show how he had apologized. Silly me... Still, the image left a happy feeling for you. And the smile shows how bad experiences earlier can be shrugged off by happy ones. --- So did you say to the attendant, "Thanks for your apology.
